Free Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on ALL orders within the continental United States. Please note that due to some extreme weather circumstances, shipping times may be affected and delays can occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work closely with our shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Total Lead Time: Total Lead time = processing time + shipping time (excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances).
Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days.
Standard Shipping Time: 3-9 business days.
Shipping Carriers
Petyle partners with Amazon logistics to fulfill shipments. Amazon will select the most efficient carrier for your delivery based on your location and order.
Multiple Items Orders
We aim to ship all items in your order together; however, in order to expedite your order, items may be shipped from different locations and arrive separately. You will receive a shipment notification email for each item as it is shipped.
Delivery Address Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before submitting your order.

Shipping Costs and Taxes
All orders qualify for free shipping. Taxes are calculated based on your shipping location and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For international orders, Petyle will cover any customs duties, but local sales taxes within the continental U.S. will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation Conditions:
Orders can be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of placement and must be completed before the order is shipped.
If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours of submission.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
If the order includes customized or special items, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
If cancellation is due to product unavailability, a full refund will be issued.
